Love powder
To make a potent love powder, place some plain talc powder in a small bowl and leave in the moonlight before a Full Moon. The next night, add 7 drops each of Ylang Ylang and geranium oil, and 3 drops of patchouli oil. Again, leave in the moonlight. On the third night add one more drop of each essence, concentrating on the Moon-drenched powder. Visualize it glowing with the power to bewitch any who come into contact with it. Place the powder in tinfoil to keep it fresh, and wear or scatter a little whenever you desire to attract love.

working alone light five spice-scented candles, surrounding yourself in a circle of fragrant light. Pour grape seed oil into a small bowl, saying: “Our foundation is a sure vessel, but it can carry more spice.” Add seven drops of sandalwood oil, saying: “Sensual scent of ancient sanders, bless our union.” Add three drops of orange oil, saying: “Newlywed playfulness, bless this union;” add three drops of geranium oil, saying: “Banal troubles flee, let our love be free.” Pass the bowl over each candle flame, mentally enlivening the love-balm with vibrant fire-qualities as you go. Love spell
Find a stone or crystal that you feel very comfortable with. For 3 days and nights, keep it on your person and whenever you touch it, think into the stone "By the Lady and her mate, I wish to alter my fate". Once the three day period has passed, make sure you have on hand some broom, cedar, elder or hazel. Take a piece of silk or cotton and write on it or on a piece of paper sandwiched in-between the cloth and sewn together the spell you wish to perform. Use the rock or crystal or grind up the herbs into a rough mixture while concentrating on the spell. Take that mixture and put it in the cloth and use a piece of silk thread or cotton thread to tie it closed keeping the stone out. Next, place the pouch where it will be most effective for the spell and take the crystal and cleanse it in salt water and sun so it may be used again. This is best done the three days of the full or new moon so as to get the full potential into your spell. The new moon at Samhain means any spells cast during this period will be especially effective.

Chossing between two lovers
If you are fortunate enough to have to choose between two lovers, during a Full Moon hold a lump of variegated quartz crystal while contemplating your dilemma. Consider the qualities of each party in turn and gaze into the crystal. Then lift the quartz skyward and say: “Isis bless me with accurate intuition.” Put the crystal in a black pouch and add several cardamom pods, saying: “Anubis guide me through the labyrinth of my subconscious.” Finally add a small white feather, first dedicating it: “Maat of balanced judgment, help me choose what is of most benefit to all.” Place the pouch under your pillow. You will dream the solution.

Place dried rose buds (not open ones), rue, lavender, jasmine, mistletoe and lady's mantle into a red or purple silk or cotton pouch. Tie it with a matching ribbon and while passing it through the smoke of some love/aphrodisiac incense say: "pouch of mine lovers hearts entwine no more Heal my heart For we now partgoodbye. The pain I feel I need to heal be well"
